Documentary Wedding Photographer

For couples that want their wedding captured honestly.

You only get one version of this day.

Not a perfect version. Not a carefully directed version. Just the one that happens—the people who show up, the things that are said, the unexpected moments, and all the little pieces you won't have time to notice while you're living it.

My job is to pay attention to those things.

A Different Approach to Wedding Photography

I don't think your wedding needs to revolve around photography.

You don't need to spend your day posing, repeating moments, or wondering where your photographer is. No portrait schedules, no constantly being pulled away from your wedding day.

My one piece of advice to couples on their wedding day, spend it with the ones you love, because it goes fast.

The Experience.

I’m not here to promise that we’ll become best friends.

Although, I’m sure we’ll get along just fine, share a laugh or two, and probably have a good time together.

But here’s the honest truth:

You probably won’t see much of me on your wedding day and that’s intentional.

I’m not there to become the center of attention or insert myself into every moment. I’m there to photograph your wedding as honestly and thoughtfully as I can, while making the process as easy and painless as possible.

What people are saying

Brandon is an excellent photographer! We hired him for our engagement photos and our wedding photos and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how the photos came out for both jobs. I was first drawn to his work on IG because his photos looked so candid and genuine. And now, having received the photos he took for our nuptials, I can confidently say that’s how he captured our day. There were several instances in which we didn’t even realize he was photographing us/other guests, this resulted in photos that had an unposed, refreshingly authentic feel.

Brandon was absolutely amazing! He captured our special day in the most authentic and beautiful way. He was very punctual, kind, communicative, and most of all, so talented. We are forever thankful we get to look back and remember how amazing our wedding day was, ALL thanks to him! We will cherish these photos forever. Thank you x1000!!!

St. Mary’s Chapel & The Morehead Inn

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brandon for our wedding celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Brandon was professional, easy to communicate with, and truly dedicated to capturing every special moment. He has an incredible eye for detail and a talent for finding beauty in the candid, quiet, and emotional moments alike. The photos were simply stunning—natural, vibrant, and full of life. We’ve received so many compliments on them, thanks to his artistry. Highly, highly recommend!

Nuvole Rooftop

Your wedding, as it was

The people you invited. The strange little conversations. The nervousness. The ridiculousness. The quiet parts. The people who danced too much. The people who cried. The moments you completely missed.

Those are the photographs I want to make.

Family

Our same documentary approach

The same idea applies long after the wedding day.

Your kids won't always be this age. Your family won't always look exactly like this. You don't need everyone perfectly posed to remember what this season of your life felt like.
